Let’s prepare our first conversation.
Specify your product, required volume, packaging, destination and deadline. This information helps us assess your request.
Introduce my project ↗Preparing flows before booking transport
International logistics begins with reliable information: weights, dimensions, packaging, availability and addresses. A quote based on a theoretical pallet may become unusable if the actual load differs. Storage and receiving constraints should therefore be included from the initial request.
Martigane coordinates communication around supply preparation and organisation. Each file should identify the information required, who provides it and when it is needed. The international order guide explains this sequence of approvals.
Document quality and reference tracking
The quality of a supply flow also depends on documents. References, quantities and units must remain consistent across the order, packing information and other transaction records. A substitution, lot change or packaging change requires explicit confirmation.
Specialist technical or regulatory checks must be defined for the products and assigned to appropriate professionals. Document follow-up supports traceability but does not replace these checks when required.
Organising receipt and improving future shipments
The recipient must know what is arriving and have the information needed for receipt. After delivery, reconcile quantities and document discrepancies. This identifies improvements: more accurate weights, suitable packaging, earlier appointment planning or faster document transmission. The same observations can inform supplier qualification.
Preparing your request
What information is needed to assess transport?
Specify package and pallet counts, dimensions and weights, addresses, dates and loading or receiving constraints.
How should an order’s receipt be prepared?
Give the warehouse expected references and quantities, the schedule and useful documents. Then arrange comparison with the delivery and handling of any discrepancies.
